A little confused about first order
I thought I was getting a mixture of black and green tea blooms, not all black tea..... First time I��ve tried, the blooms seemed to disintegrate a little faster than the video but overall the tea was nice

Nicely boxed, but bitter tea
I loved the fast process and delivery of the teas, but each one is bitter and has to be sweetened to drink. So disappointed!! I��m not enjoying this purchase. Won��t buy again.

Of course the product is beautiful, the tees are great, the cups are exquisite, the packaging is secure & everything is wonderful. However they go above and beyond customer service!! the first time I used it I broke the pot, yay me! I didnt think there was much they could do and I asked them if they could replace just the pot for it and they explained they didnt have any pots but they would just send me an entire kit back to me at no charge whatsoever. Truly astounding customer service and they were so sweet about it and no questions asked and when I got the next one and explainin how their warranties work, theyre very humorous about it and Im Not going to ruin it by explaining that to you but you cant go wrong with this product give it a try its all high-quality items and customer service cannot be beaten whatsoever!!!

Very pretty. Taste like green tea. The longer you let it steep it gets very bitter. Take out early taste is good. Now the flower taste bitter to me but it is very pretty. I would buy again.

Liked everything about this product. Bought as a gift for 2 family members and they both loved them. I tasted a couple and thoroughly enjoyed the taste. My only complaint is that I decided to buy some for myself and they are now unavailable with no date for availability. Fortunately this item became available again and I was able to purchase. This is a unique gift because people love to watch the flower bloom in the tea. The flowers are not as vibrant as shown in the picture. The colors are a little muddy but its still a conversation piece. The tea tastes like regular black tea.

really enjoy these tea balls. They are so pretty when they finish steeping. The flavor is very mild and soothing. I wish there were a package that allows you to choose the flavors you want. Maybe 3 or 4 of your favorite flavors. I'm not sure how I will like some of the flavors that are included in the pack.

Too often flower teas either flower nicely but have no taste or they neither bloom nor have any taste at all. Am happy to report that I had no such problem with those balck tea blooms. Not only do they bloom beautifully and spectacularly, they taste great as well. So happy with my first order I immediately ordered two more.

Great Look Great Taste
The flowering tea balls were exactly what I expected. I find that the flavor intensifies with a longer steep and the do not get bitter like some fruit teas do with extended steep times. The flower makes for a great conversation piece (steeped in a glass kettle).

I gave this tea and a double-walled glass mug as a gift and my best friend loved it! There's something so pure about the simple beauty of this. I love tea and have tried many. Fruit teas are my favorite. But I have never seen them in flowering blooms. I had chrysanthemum tea in China that were flowering and I was so taken by them. I love to make some tea for company and they were so amazed when the flower all opened. I have a glass teapot for them so you can see it how they open up.

Best Iced Tea Ever
I received a box of the flowering black tea blooms as a gift last year. I made the tea and enjoyed it through the winter. In the spring, I'd make a pot, cool it and refrigerate it. It made the best tea I've ever had and all my guests loved it, too. Then I ran out. So I just ordered another box because I have to have this tea in my fridge this spring, summer and fall.
