Is the making process involving with any chemicals

The craft we are using to make tea blooms is a traditional method with over 400 years history. The flowering tea were steamed and hand pressed into pearls. No chemical is needed during the process.

Does Flowering Tea Bloom contain caffeine?

Flowering tea blooms are made out of 100% herbs which are caffeine free. 

What are your shipping & handling charges?

Our Shipping and Delivery Policies for the US: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $45.00 to the Contiguous USA. Our Standard Shipping time is 5-10 business days.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns within 7 days delivery.  Please contact our technical support services to get free shipping label.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

We can send you the free replacement if the breakage/damage resulting from any external factors after delivery of product. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods. After this period, your item will be no longer qualified for free replacement.
