This aromatic scented green tea begins by harvesting and selecting young tea leaves. Green tea leaves are immediate pan fired or steamed to prevent oxidation. Next, these special leaves are laid out to dry with fresh Jasmine blossoms for over a 7 day period of time. The final step in the process is the manual process by hand to take two green tea leaves and bind them together to form a beautiful pearl.
The aroma when brewing and the taste of this tea is mild and relaxing. In some cases multiple infusions can be obtained during a tea session.
